Do you feel really and truly fulfilled with your life? Hopefully, the answer is ‘yes’, but if you are like many of us, it sadly might be ‘not always’ or even ‘no.’ If you feel that your life has gone off track, there are steps you can take to feel more centered in your day-to-day activities.

It can be very easy to let your work problems spill over into your personal life. As much as you possibly can, make every effort to leave your work where it belongs – at work! Resist the temptation to bring work projects home with you, and try not to work through lunch. Take a full lunch, and use the time to mentally refresh yourself.
